COURSE OVERVIEW

This electric vehicle charger installation qualification will provide you with the expert guidance and cover the key skills to install, fault-find, inspect, test and commission electric vehicle charging equipment in public, private and commercial locations. We offer this 2 day course for £375 including VAT.

The City & Guilds and EAL courses are both equally recognised in the industry by OZEV and Competent Person Schemes (CPS) however the entry requirements differ. The C&G 2921-31 course requires you to have an NVQ in electrical installation however the EAL course does not have this requirement. Also the new City & Guilds electric vehicle charger installation course only covers single phase chargers, however the EAL course covers both single and three phase chargers including domestic and commercial installations.

We deliver this course regularly over 2 days duration in Nottingham which is also close to Derby, Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and Sheffield.

Because of the increase in demand for electric vehicles and UK governments' target to shift to electric cars by 2030, this course will help you in expanding into this new sector to generate additional income or become a specialist electric vehicle charge point installer.

This course will also allow learners to apply to include in the OZEV (The Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) register of competent Electric Vehicle Charging Installers.
